Category:1997 compilation albums Category:The Notorious B.I.G. albums Category:Bad Boy Records albumsCaster Semenya, the "Finnish-Indo," has taken her "Brokeback Mountain" drama to the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) as the International Association of Athletics Federations is seeking clarification from the South African runner. The IAAF said it has initiated a process to determine the status of Semenya and her eligibility to participate in the Olympics as a member of the South African team. Semenya has been facing a possible ban for the last year since the IAAF announced in November 2015 that women with hyperandrogenism -- a condition that means their testosterone level is higher than the "normal range" -- are not eligible to compete in the women's 800 meters race. Semenya, a 27-year-old runner, was a gold medalist at the 2009 world championships and at the 2012 London Olympics. Semenya is regarded as one of the world's fastest female runners and has the Olympic bronze medal in 800 meters and silver medal in the same event at the 2012 Olympics. The IAAF said in a statement that it has "received a complaint from the athlete's legal representatives asking for a ruling from the IAAF Executive Committee on whether or not her eligibility is in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code. "The complaint is that her name and/or passport is used fraudulently by the athlete's legal representatives, without the athlete's consent, in order to take part in competitions including the 2016 Olympic Games." "The IAAF, the world governing body for the sport, has initiated a process to determine the status of the athlete and to clarify any issue that may arise in regard to the eligibility of the athlete for participation in the Olympic Games," it added. The IAAF said it was not aware of any financial gain from the complaint. "The IAAF will continue to actively monitor the issue and to work with the relevant authorities and the athlete to ensure that her eligibility is clarified as soon as possible," the IAAF said. The IAAF said that Semenya had met all the criteria for participation in the 2016 Olympic Games, which begin in Rio de Janeiro on August 5. "The complaint received on June 29 is unrelated to the athlete's participation in the 2016 Olympic Games," it added. South African authorities
